“ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN PLENTY OF PARKING”

“This property was probably the best hotel that I have stayed at in a very long time. It smelled so good. Everywhere the room, the lobby, everywhere. I was from very far out of town and the guy at the desk was helping me with places to go and things to see. They had an amazing indoor heated pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfortable. I unfortunately did not wake up early enough to even look into breakfast so I cannot comment on that. But it was overall a wonderful experience.”

“We only stayed for one night, so we did not get a chance to experience all of the amenities. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our stay. On Saturday evening around 6:00 PM, we went to the restaurant and were given menus. After a few minutes, we were ready to order, but when the waitress returned, she apologized and told us they were out of everything on the menu. “There was nothing unique about the property. It was poorly maintained. Starting at the entrance, the steps were in a state of disrepair. It was advertised as beautifully renovated but we found it mediocre and poor workmanship. While the room had adequate space, there was no seating provided. Upon inquiry, the desk staff said he could provide a folding chair. Nothing seemed geared to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative. “L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“Very friendly staff, unfortunately there just needs to be a deep cleaning and some updates. The bed in my room was on the floor, and seemed to have a very questionable smell. ”

“Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. ”
