“Check in was a nightmare, the guy who helped me looked like he was un educated. I gave him my passport and he found my name on the tablet. Then when he had to make my room card he couldn't find my assigned room. Then he kept asking is your name John, is your name Suzan ets. I mean we just confirmed my name, and he has my passport open in front of him. Check in was a painful 25 minute process. Then my room looked like someone just took a shower as the bathroom floor was wet, the bed sheets were...

“Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back”

“The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. ”
