“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte il 27 dicembre 2015 di passaggio tra Las Vegas e Santa Barbara. Un hotel molto comodo e confortevole in una simpatica Cittadina in pieno deserto. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, camere belle e pulite, ampio parcheggio gratuito all'aperto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sicuramente da consigliare.”

“Place was unreliable their room I bought was under construction so they took my money and cancelled my reservation before I got there. No help at all and wouldn’t answer expedias calls ”

“Check-in was very easy, staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked questions about the property. I appreciated how clean and neat our room was; however, it did have a very heavy smell as though someone had been smoking. AC works well but caps at 72F past 10PM (I prefer 69F) and you can't change it until the next day. Hot water, cold mini fridge, fresh toiletries.
