“Maybe I need to learn that when its a Residency type property people will be living there. Overall thats not a big deal, just be prepared for the noise of young children screaming and rearranging the furniture over your unit. My unit was superficially clean, however the carpet was so filthy that when I'd get in shower I'd leave grey smudges. To be fair i did not complain to front desk. The stickiness in front of elevator was not a priority either. It is a good value if you need a kitchenette. No...
