“During check in the reception Carla check us with ease and she was very friendly all the time I was there the staff are wonderful… We booked in at this hotel for 4 days for a graduation ceremony and my staying was peaceful.. Complementary breakfast was great. The lady philippine that works there was very friendly and kind… I recommend this hotel”

“Everything was great except breakfast. Typically if it’s a hot breakfast we would love to see pancakes, oatmeal already made, waffles, some sort of protein and carbs. The fruit didn’t look fresh- the coffee was terrible, no cream just junky oil based creamer, which isn’t creamer at all… just milk and sugar would be fine.. everything was great otherwise, clean rooms, halls, gym, breakfast area.. and friendly staff.”

“I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Doubletree Hilton Jacksonville Riverfront and will include all photos at the end. I originally booked this hotel because I have fond memories of staying here with my family years ago when it operated as the Crowne Plaza. “The hotel is in a more "sketchy" part of town. Anytime you see a "belongings at your own risk" sign you know there is a reason. Hotel is right beside of an airport parking lot. Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position. Batteries were dying in the remote. Overall 3.8/5”

“The property has been under renovations for over 6 months (unknown to me when i made the reservation). No turn down service in the 4 nights I was there (I asked twice). They were obviously short-staffed”
