Hotel a Ridgeview

“The room was ok, however their was a lot of children in the hotel, of which were not quiet during sleeping hours 11-5am. No control from the adults to allow children to roam halls and disrupt paying guests that were trying to sleep from a long travel to the property. The area surrounding the hotel didn't look safe. As a paying guest, I didn't have a great experience. ”

“There is only 1 elevator in the property, which was very inconvenient for the size of the hotel. Very often causing a long wait or having to use the stairs.”

“We were very disappointed with one major problem. We were there for three nights without TV during the NCAA Final Four games. The hotel said they were switching cable providers and there were problems. We ask for an adjustment for our room charges and they refused, saying it was the cable company's fault. We have crossed this hotel off our list based on their response and attitude in dealing with a problem that is clearly their responsibility. ”

“Front staff named Morgan was excellent, very polite and helped when ever needed something. The lady that was there on Saturday March 14th for the day shift was not she was spending her time talking to a older gentleman named Bobthat she knew and would give him cookies when she worked at Wendy’s. We had a issue with the toilet and needed towels but made a note that said that we had a do not disturb sign on the door which we did not, so when we got back the the room at 9:30 that night Morgan come...

“We were traveling and just needed a place to stop and sleep for 7 hours so this hotel was sufficient for our purposes. The hotel was clean but quite outdated, but that didn’t matter for us at this time. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre but again was sufficient to get us on our way. Would recommend for similar objectives for a stay. Price was a good value for what we needed. ”

“Our room had a door between the living area and bedroom area, and thats a game-changer for families with littles who have different bedtimes. The breakfast was fantastic! We got free drinks at the bar. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the indoor pool wasn't heated. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”
