I truly appreciate all remarks and comments from our guests so to be fair let me point out that you never informed us or asked of anything while stay so it is not correct to state that "host didn't respond to your claims". Second it was not so horribly cold in the apartment that you could die of it :) There were three portable heaters which are even stronger than central heating and were good enough for the whole apartment - ther are staying family with kids with no problem and some guests were even opening the windows for fresh air. Regarding all the rest I can only recommend you to inform hosts at the moment but not afterwards. All the best!

Dear Jan, thank you for your kind feedback - it has been our pleasure to host you and we are glad if you have enjoyed your stay over all and especially our convenient location and comfortable apartment. Our sincere apologise for the unprofessional attitude from the cleaning staff. Please kindly note that our normal check in time is from 13.00 - you checked in earlier and the maid was still there in the apartment when you entered and seems this was annoying for her. In any case this is unacceptable behaviour and I must inform you that given person is no longer working with us. Hope you had a pleasant stay over all.
