“Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?”

“Clean rooms, great breakfast.”

“Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

“The positives: The bed, the clean crisp linens, the breakfast, and the water pressure was great. The bad: The TV cable didn’t work so nothing could be watched, there were two phones in our room and both were dead, and no hair dryer. Housekeeping did get me a hairdryer quickly.”

“Minimal breakfast with a few slices of bread displayed. Pool was absolutely gross! Differed maintenance all over the place. You name it, it’s needed! Surprised Wyndham would put their name on this place. A real dive in my book!”

“Lovely room. Massive in size! Front desk was so kind. Not to mention this waa our first time in Kansas and we won a grand jackpot in less than 10 minutes on a $1.60 bet.”

“Awful!! Smelled horrible,the room was dirty and very run down.No clean towels,ran out of toilet paper,toilet hardly flushed,sink was stopped up…dirty sock at the edge of the couch.It was just overall not a pleasant experience.idk what the $50 deposit was even for.not much damage anyone could do to the room we stayed n.Never again! Definitely do not recommend.”

“Staff came for room service without knocking. The “Please do not disturb” sign is hung outside but still did not care. ”

“The toilet plugged, had to stand in a lake of water while taking a shower slow drain. The pillows had a funky smell to them. Rotten trim (with mold)around the heater/air conditioner.room in need of remodeling, for goodness sake at least slap a coat of paint!! You get the vibe that the people running it have no interest in fixing anything , because im sure its the way they live and that is acceptable to them.it was convenient close by the intrust arena, which should give them the motivation to...

“Loved everything about if. The staff across the board going beyond in service and personality too. The outdoor patio and indoor common spaces totally lovely and inviting. Breakfast food a bountiful and wide selection, all excellent. Highly recommend!”
