Hotel vicino a Derby City Hall - Wichita

“Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?”

“Pool and hot tub were inside but the hot tub jets were not working (or the switch to start was not to be found). We thought the breakfast would be similar to what we had earlier in the week at the Norman OK location—or better since it was a weekend but the breakfast was not nearly as good (cheap sausages without casings, no french toast sticks).”

“During our two day stay, on day one, the toilet would not flush and it took a whole day before anyone came to fix it. Had to go the the main level to use a restroom. Also, the onsite restarant, the Tin Lizard staff were not good servers. Drinks were empty and we felt like a burden”

“The positives: The bed, the clean crisp linens, the breakfast, and the water pressure was great. The bad: The TV cable didn’t work so nothing could be watched, there were two phones in our room and both were dead, and no hair dryer. Housekeeping did get me a hairdryer quickly.”

“Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

“typical, slightly run down Days Inn. it was comfortable and adequate for a roadside stay.”

“Expedia ai is faulty the staff is terrible-blamed for everything wrong even hung on me-wantex to charge for even talking to them scamers”

“For the price it's not what I expected for a Hilton property. Rooms are of a dorm style but they were nice, clean, beds comfy and quiet. No in room coffee maker or ice bucket as listed. Breakfast was totally continental. A variety of shops, restaurants, etc are nearby. It was sufficient for the weekend.”

“Parking was convenient and safe. Our room had a very dominant mold smell and the carpet was dirty. Breakfast had a good selection and dining area was clean. The only staff member I saw was the girl that checked us in and she was friendly and efficient. ”

“Love the staff, they were super friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the sounds. It sounds like the room is sitting right next to a freeway. The cars are SO loud! Also there was an adjoining room & our 1st night had a very fussy baby & it sounded like it was in our room crying. Also the shower water pressure was a little low. Other than that….very nice hotel. Pool & hot tub were amazing.”

“The staff was friendly, and helped with the items we needed in our room. The thing that you put your luggage on was missing a leg, and they sent another one up to our room with some additional towels and a sheet for the pull out couch.”
