“Our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The pillows need upgrading. It was strange that you couldn't turn the light on in just the shower/toilet room.”

“When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.”

“Room was spacious and very clean, property was well kept. Staff was very friendly. Two minor complaints is breakfast was cold and not well cooked, and pillows were awful but both are things we consider minor and would not keep us from staying again. We would just bring our own pillows and breakfast wasn’t a big deal for us. We stay in that area several times a year for granddaughter’s sports events so location was also good for us. We would stay again!”

“It's all good! Clean, quiet, friendly, safe. And morning coffee. And reasonable wifi speed. Just a small advice - office table is good but lacks a small lamp for evening work.”

“The first room they tried to put me in smelled like someone died in there….the arms on the couch were totally ripped off…and the toilet was broken….the 2nd room they put me in wasn’t as bad but still didn’t smell great….the hotel was grossly understaffed with one person working…I would not recommend this place for anyone…”

“We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

“The supposed continental breakfast was horrible! There was not much to eat or choose!”

“We have stayed at this location every month since December 2025 (10 times!) All but once we stayed on the second floor (our preference) and all but one of those times we stayed in room 220 or 222. The rooms showed some minor wear and tear but overall were absolutely great which is why we continued to come back to this location. If this had been our first stay we never would have been back. The carpet in the room was so dirty that after walking barefoot on it your feet would feel sticky. And,...

“Our room was clean. Judy was very helpful and even helped us with other ideas for our trip. The pool was not able to be accessed right before we checked in. They offered to give a refund, but we declined. When we returned from dinner, the pool was fixed!”

“TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.”

“My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus.”

“When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.”

“The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-(”
