Hotel vicino a Derby Public Library - Wichita

“Our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The pillows need upgrading. It was strange that you couldn't turn the light on in just the shower/toilet room.”

“This was a 5 min drive from where i needed to be. It is a bit more isolated area where restaurants aren’t as available, but if you have a rental that’s not an issue. Sonic is also a block away. Right off the highway for easy access. I was so happy that it was quiet, clean and the staff was welcoming. If i have to be back in the area then this is where I would be staying.”

“Only had 1 bath towel in bathroom. That needs to be addressed ”

“Pretty good overall, had very few issues. We did have trouble with the TV working properly. The remote batteries might have been dead. The pancake maker for breakfast was also out of service.”

“Staff is wonderful and very friendly. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned and the Internet didn’t work in our room and then they switched us to another room that did work.”

“I found this property by chance it was a last-minute booking and I was very impressed. It’s a Hilton product and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff and wonderful room. I will definitely come back and stay at this property when I visiting my family in Wichita.”

“The front doors didn't work. Holes all over in the rooms. No lock on the door. No lighting in parking lot. Refrigerator was moldy. Couldn't stay here!”

“Clean and well-maintained. Right next to Costco, so handy for cheap gas”

“There were lots of reviews regarding the smell, there is a smell but I don't blame this on the hotel because the outside has a similar smell. The room was clean and quite comfortable. We had no issues while staying here. The breakfast was a bit mediocre with not too many options however provide basic choices ie cereal, waffle, biscuit and gravy, muffins and breads. Overall we were pretty satisfied staying here.”

“I arrived a little after midnight due to a late flight getting in… small short snaffu with getting someone to check me in… (maybe 5 minutes wait) but done quickly overall… never had a reason to interact with the staff till I checked out a day early. The amenities of a stove and microwave were nice but I did not know I would need to provide cooking equipment and plates… No ice machine to be had on the property… Pet friendly.. but “clean up stations” might be a nice touch near the elevator so...

“We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

“Used to be grand. Not updated. Can’t control water temp in shower. Old, outdated, not the cleanest “cheap” hotel I’ve stayed in”

“Clean room bed was comfortable but the pillows need improvement. Most hotels give 2 different types but theses were all the same hard and small.”

“The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff was super helpful. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean.”
