“Stayed two nights to watch the 2024 eclipse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area with the chaise lounges was perfect for viewing and the river was a nearby alternative. We spent most of our time at the patio table watching the deer and relaxing. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked dinner both nights we were there. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had great water pressure. The only negative was the unreliable wifi. Two of our party had to find other accommodations...

“This house is amazing! The design is ideal - every room has a bathroom. The kitchen, living, and dining area was large and really family friendly. My kids favorite part was the large pool and outdoor kitchen area which included a TV. In the mornings, you could sit outside with your coffee and watch deer and other wildlife. Also… the mattresses were amazing!”

“We searched for a house close to the centerline of totality for our family of 8, and this house fit the bill. The inside of the house was nice and clean, but we had to spend some time cleaning the outdoor space and furniture. We notified Jennifer of a couple other minor issues which she addressed promptly. And she graciously treated us to a pizza dinner as compensation. Thanks Jennifer! We would stay here again and do recommend it to others.”

“Stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the cool temperature of the Frio river. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Our college aged kids enjoyed playing cornhole on the deck. We enjoyed a steady breeze outside and were visited frequently by hummingbirds. Highly recommend!”
