“We kept to ourselves because we didn't realize there was a shared common room upstairs, however we realized as well that it wasn't open all the time since I think the owners prefer to be home, which makes sense! “I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. "The room was great but the additional bed was broken (the staff did nothing to help - which was a big issue). The location is ok (not in el poblado but about 15 minutes walking from there). Overall mixed feelings: good hotel in principle but when the issue occurred (again, a broken bed) the staff was not helpful at all! "
