“The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay.”

“Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and kept full the entire time. Room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. We stayed during ponies in the smokies. The event itself has parking for car trailers for a fee. However there were at least 3 vehicles with trailers parked in the hotel lot that took up approximately 10-15 spaces. People had to park along curbs and under the front entrance. Trailers should not be allowed to park there especially if the venue they are...

“Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed at the Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside, and unfortunately, the experience did not match what was presented online. First off, the appearance of the property was very misleading. We were not aware that the building was under construction, and this significantly impacted the overall experience. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the photos, and the entire property felt unkempt. The parking lot was especially concerning....
