“Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water so was very successful at cleaning the BBQ dishes.”

“ Location was the only Plus !! We booked at this estate because it was offering Morning breakfast. It also showed a restaurant which offered Lunch and Dinner!! It was a total disappointment! When we contacted for the breakfast, the guy told us he will keep it outside our door. We expected breakfast that was already made but what we got was the ingredients to make breakfast! On top of that, he sent us raw bacon and we don't eat Bacon or Beef!! Next day, he sent us a box of eggs. There were...

“The property is so close to being an outstanding accommodation. Unfortunately there is a couple of small things that make it miss, like the chosen pillow protectors, random assortment of furnishings etc. otherwise All in all still a great choice and we would still come back again. ”

“Spotless, with comfy bed and a bar fridge well stocked with fine wine, pale ale and cider - rare at this price these days. Perfect end to a hot day on the road. Wonderful, leafey location - the Warburton I remember. Managers are switched on, friendly and fun. Loved the stay and my lady and I will be back.”
