Hotel a River Falls

“The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front...

“Clean room, nice lobby area. Parking is a little tight but they do have a couple of areas so it worked out. Staff is excellent. I forgot my book in my room, I called and they were quick to locate it after I had checked out. Very nice place to stay. ”

“This hotel feels neglected. First of all, the third floor reeked of marijuana. It wasn't just a touch, but a stench that was overwhelming and suffocating. In the room, the paint in the bathroom was peeling. On the floor, tiles were damaged and cracked. There were also multiple mystery stains on our walls too. I will not be staying here again. ”

“You have to call the hotel to get someone to the front desk since they live on site. Otherwise it was an ok hotel”

“The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. “The bed is basically a cot. it rocks back and forth and clangs on a flimsy piece of sheet metal that is meant to cover the fact that the frame is a cot with springs. pay the extra 10 dollars to go across the street”

“Room was ok, staff was ok, juice machine in breakfast area was out of order so was just some cereal and coffee.”
