“Es un gran lugar, si se nota que ya está viejito pero por lo que pagas tiene unas grandes ventajas comenzando con el estacionamiento. El área de albercas está bien, podría mejorar pero se entiende y el área de gym igual aunque muy pequeña. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención del personal excelente.”

“I won’t take 1 star off my rating but they should fix the parking garage issue when checking out. The hotel key, I was told, won’t work anymore on the day of my checkout. The front desk person told me to just call for assistance when I’m at the exit gate and they would open the gate for me. I had to patiently wait and the person behind me too, because they didn’t answer immediately when I tried to leave the garage. Happy with everything else otherwise.”

“We had the Morrow room - which was lovely. However, I am only 5 foot tall and the mirror in the bathroom was hung for taller individuals. I could only see my eyes - yikes. I was however able to solve the problem with another mirror that was hung in the room that I took down and sat on the floor to put on my makeup. On another note, My husband uses a CPAP at night and the outlet by the bed was connected to the wall lights so if you turn off the lights - then the CPAP wouldn't work. We...

“This definitely a different experience than your typical hotel--it's a weird old house with antique furniture and gothic turrets. Everything was clean and well maintained though, and the staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Essentially it consisted of complimentary access to a well-stocked kitchen.
