“Staff were amazing and the food was great. I really enjoyed my time.”

“Great location downtown that is close to a parking garage. The kitchen is sparse but had all the cooking utensils needed for three nights. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were fully aware that there was no elevator so a climb to the third floor was not a surprise. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear doors closing at night time.”

“3 night stay never cleaned room , emptied overflowing garbage or replaced facial tissue , toilet tissue , or shampoo even after I asked twice once calling the front desk and once asking in person. I was told someone would look after it immediately, but no one showed up to my room. Poor service !!!!!”

“There was no lighting working by bed. The entry to the washroom had a switch plate lying on the counter. There was a repair in process by the light switch never finished. TV was moderately functional.”

“Continental breakfast advertised but no vegetarian options. Fruits were raw & unedible. Had to go out to eat Heating was broken and the room was freezing cold until night. Had to escalate to get it fixed Found construction dirt in the hallways & steps. Most of the areas are in soiled condition and inhabitable. Heard that travelodge is planning to close in upcoming months and they were surprised that they still advertise all these amenities in Expedia inspite of all these...

“The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible. We were very pleased with our stay. ”

“It's an old building. They are doing the best they can with such an old building. The carpets could use a changing. But it was as clean as staff could make it. It was fine. Staff was friendly.”
