“The hotel was in great condition and staff was excellent. ”

“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“Room was how it appeared in the photos. Maybe even larger than I expected. Parking is a bit tricky. There are a lot of garage entrances around the building so I had to circle it once before I found the correct entrance. Also specific slots on 4 and 5 were full when we got there. I checked with the desk and learned that I could park between 6 and 9 on unmarked spaces so that was helpful. Patio area was really unique and inviting. “Did not get room type I reserved. Was assured they would move me the next day. They didn’t. Second room I stayed in still had trash in the bins and half empty glasses of beverages strewn about the room. Front desk clerks were not helpful.”

“I love the ambience at the hotel, roads were very clean. The Bar food was good. Location is great.”

“I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, especially the bathroom. Expedia claims there is a gym, but there is no gym. Staff was nice but facilities were very depressing. There was no cups, plate, or silverware in the extended stay unit. A sign said you had to ask for whatever cutlery you needed at the front desk. That made me worried about how bad theft must have been at the hotel. ”

“A very relaxing stay with great hospitality and many places to rest and relax. Four out of Five stars for cleanliness was only due to the stairs not being vacuumed. I guess not many people take the stairs anymore!”

“An older Sheraton. Not as updated and higher end that I'm accustomed to when staying at Sheraton hotels. Had to pay for parking in an open non-secured, uncovered lot. No reason you should need to pay. Breakfast is not included and very pricey. Tucked away in a neighborhood so nothing is close by. Sheets and pillows were mediocre. Disappointed with my stay here.”
