“The staff was absolutely amazing! There weren't a ton of amenities, and unfortunately the hot tub was out of order, which I had really been looking forward to. However, they made up for it by surprising me with a complimentary room upgrade and drinks for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. Also...the body wash and lotion—OMG! They smelled incredible. “Would not recommend this hotel ever. Staff is unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Laughed at my questions. Didn't feel like I could even walk barefoot in my room. Wasn't given my VIP perk and had to ask for it. Pool is a glorified bathtub. "Free drink" - but they don't tell you it's only at the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Didn't even feel safe. There were people fighting in the street and could hear cars revving engines all night. Two moths also roomed with us.”

“This used to be a Radisson Hotel. Laundry had nice big newer machines that worked really well. Room was big, bed, linens and pillows were soft and comfortable, bedroom and bathroom were clean, AC worked well and was quiet. Small things that took 1 star are as follow: hotel is clean but”

“The AC in my room was broken, so I asked for it to be fixed or for them to move me to a different room. They told me they'd book me a new hotel, but I'd have to find my own ride instead of just trying to fix it. Long story short, I was up until 3 AM until they got me a new room.”

“Motel in una zona molto brutta della città e direi anche pericolosa. La camera puzzava di fumo anche se era non fumatori . Pareti sottilissime , si sentivano tutti i rumori delle altre camere . Camera e bagno poco puliti . Gli altri ospiti del motel erano personaggi poco raccomandabili che probabilmente vivevano nel motel . ”

Staff was in immediate communication with via phone and text. Home away from home. A great value for a place in the prominent city. Close to attractions: Meow Wolf, Elitch Garden, Denver Aquarium”
