“The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

“The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”

“Everything was absolutely outstanding!!! From the second you walk to the door you are greeted with a staff opening the door for you, helping you with luggage, front reception extremely nice, room well decorated and extremely clean and everyday cleaned and left extra special! We had dinner once in their amazing restaurant which was top notch and I even landed a spot at their iconic carousel bar for a very nice drink! “L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”
