“The room had a missing closet handle and damages and marks on the wall bathroom had ceiling damage and mold around the door didn’t have any water when we checked in no extra bed didn’t offer any accommodations or discounts for the inconvenience but the pool was awesome and the awesome girl at the valet stand she helped us with our bags”

“Hands down my favorite casino hotel experience to date!! This was our first stay here and we were very pleased. The room had a LOVELY soaking tub in addition to a shower. We have allergies and chemical sensitivities and it can be difficult while traveling to find some place that is scent and allergen free. “Stay was ok for the price. Room was very small. Bed wasn't a queen size. Had a little small black ants but could have came from anywhere. Wifi was on and off the whole stay. Didn't maintain connection for more then 10 minutes.
Staff was great.
Other guess not so great, dogs that barked continuously. Guest just walking about us all through the night. Talking and yelling through the night. But, like I said, for the price it was decent.”

“Suite was pretty clean and spacious. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is a nice addition to the hotel amenities. I would just say that it would be nice to have maybe one additional option for coffee creamer. It was all free, so not a complaint.
Street noise was bad though. But overall, great hotel. Would stay again, maybe on the quieter side of the hotel.”

“I have previously reviewed how terrible this place was, but this is an update on their management. I booked a stay for May 7–10, 2026. The property was so filthy that we absolutely could not stay. My son has autism, and the overwhelming smell was a major issue for both him and myself.
After I left my initial review, management contacted me. Because I gave a 24-hour cancellation notice, I expected that at least two out of the three nights would be refunded. So far, I have received NOTHING.
