In the kitchen of the apartment where Gail stayed, a fork was missing as we had previously hosted a group and therefore the guests had moved all the crockery to the kitchen of the larger apartment. Unfortunately, the staff and I did not notice this. So as Gail also writes I quickly proceeded to give him forks and would have done that for anything or any other guest. In fact we always make sure to satisfy all the needs of our guests, also because living nearby we are able to guarantee continuous availability, always respecting the privacy of our guests.

Mi permetto di precisare che nella struttura ricettiva é possibile navigare in Internet gratuitamente (h 24 in Wi-Fi e con linea Adsl). Raramente sovraccarichi di linea o avverse condizioni climatiche rallentavano la navigazione web, fattori che ovviamente non dipendevano da noi e che si sono verificati veramente molto poco.
