“The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again.”

“I wish I could have stayed here longer. The room was so big and wonderfully appointed. Kitchen super nice with all the things you need. Le Labo in the bathrooms. On the downside, the bedroom has no windows and the living room also is likely in a courtyard as it was all a bit dark. But would be a fabulous place to stay for longer term. Also 2 bathrooms! A powder room outside of the bedroom if you have guests.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“Great location if you plan on hitting the R&R HOF, a Guardians or Cavs game, breweries or a casino. All within a 15 min walk. Parking included was HUGE! I'm not sure that always happens though. Don't remember if I scored a special deal so double check. Very responsive hosts. Would stay again!”

“Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno al residence inn, personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera grande e spaziosa, letto comodo, con salotto e cucina, bagno grande. Ero al secondo piano vicino alla sala colazione, mai sentito rumore di traffico in strada e nemmeno dalle stanze accanto. Wi fi ottimo. Di fronte al Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, a 10 minuti a piedi da Huntington Convention Center. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, alla stazione del treno Tower City...

“Breakfast was basic. Parking was extra. The place is pretty dated. Chairs in the dining where in rough shape. Proximity to areas downtown were nice. Beds were fairly comfortable. Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic was free. ”

“Hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione urgente. Camere molto rumorose causa finestre non insonorizzate e posizione tra strade molto trafficate. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Personale inadeguato e sgarbato. ”

“I have booked 2 queen bed room for one night stay . One of the bed was broken , there was no shampoo / soap in rooms .”

“Buon hotel con camere ampie e pulite. Ottima colazione con molta varietà sia di dolce che salato. Non molto comodo il parcheggio anche se è disponibile il valet”

“They had a sport team staying at the same day . They had cops stopping us to enter the hotel unless we show our room keys. They wouldn’t allow us in the lobby . They wouldn’t allow us to use the resultants. They wouldn’t allow us to be even on the curbside . I need a refund”
