“Room was clean but very tight quarters. Guess I should have opted for more square footage. But we very much enjoyed our stay. Stephen was great!”

“The only issue we had was the parking garage. We were one hour past our time and were charged $64 to exit the garage. Garage communication was awful. There was nothing stated what we would be charged if we went beyond the exit time”

“Amazing property. It was my first time in Cleveland. The front desk clerks were amazing and spoke formally. They were able to get me checked into the room. The room was very clean!! I’d definitely stay there again.”

“Check-in was quick and staff were welcoming. We enjoyed having the option for the wine reception. The room was sparkling and spacious. It didn't have the best view, but as we weren't there for long, that wasn't very important. ”

“"Breakfast" was mediocre at best. Staff inattentive on occasion while standing at the desk. Sheets were very wrinkle and I questioned their cleanliness. ”

“Very bad experience with this hotel. Hotel/room are smell like weed and staff are not helpful to solve the situation. I have complained that the room above us has someone walking all night making noise and I was checking with the receptionist to help with this situation. But, no available and I had restless night stay. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Stay away from this hotel. 👎👎”
