“We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. “There is not much nice to say. The hotel smelled because so many people live there abd are coming all different kinds of food. No matter what door you exit the hotel through you get hit in the face with cigarette smoke. The people who live there are rude and act like you just walked into their home without an invitation. “Upon checking in, the staff was friendly. Check in at 4pm vs 3pm as other hotels allow was done for us br seemed late for getting freshened up and ready to go out and enjoy the town.
