Hotel a Rockford Bay

“From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

“Booked last minute got a very nice clean room but a sticky floor. Probably from too much cleaner. Fresh cookies in the lobby very helpful gentleman at the desk. Luggage rake was small and a little difficult to maneuver but the in room amenities were great”

“Staff was extremely helpful giving us a new room when the locks on the door wouldn't function. Breakfasts were effectively non existent until the weekend and even then it was not of quality. We were there 5 days and it did not get restocked from one day to another. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were good. Pool was chlorinated but needed a good vacuum. We will look elsewhere in town that we would try before we go back to this one.”

“First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience.”

“Very nice room. All new interior. A bit tight in the bathroom/ shower. Our second stay here. The price is right and it’s a clean place to stay. We’ll be back. ”
