“I expected much better from a Marriott Residence Inn, but this stay was disappointing.
The TV in our room never worked, and the air conditioner was also not working. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, and my family had to spend the night in those conditions. We were suffocating because there was no proper cooling.
After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but only after a full day. This disruption significantly affected our stay and should have been resolved much...

“Based on all the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms were updated and very clean. The only thing would be a nice coffee station at the front desk for the morning coffee we had to run to Starbucks every morning. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.”

The staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out.
