Comfy stay in Rome
We recently spent 3 nights at this apartment after a Mediterranean cruise. It was exactly as described, clean, comfy and situated in a quiet neighbourhood that felt very safe. We walked to all major sites although very close to Metro station. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make a few meals and supermarket was close by. The host was very responsive and was quick to help us when we had a bit of difficulty getting in the apartment. Riccardo also arranged a transfer to the airport with a very professional driver. We had a great vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment. Thank you Riccardo and Silvia!

Spruce it up
The place could use some upgrading. The bathroom sink is very unpractical to use, looks nice but… The sofa bed covers and pillows are stored under the bed in the bedroom. It is inconvenient and perhaps need freshening up. It would be better to store them in the closet.

Dear Samson, This review leaves me rather perplexed. The sink is clearly visible in the advert photos which are absolutely faithful to the state of the apartment. As for the blankets and pillows, I accept the advice to store them in the wardrobe but I don't understand how these two observations can make them deserve a 3-star review ... We are serious and professional hosts and we always give our best for our customers and our apartments. What was your "problem"? You already knew how the sink was made before and for the sheets and pillows it was enough to report it and we would certainly have taken your suggestion into consideration. For us hosts, a 3-star review is very penalizing, maybe you don't know it. I invite you to choose your apartment better for the future and to have more consideration for the work of us hosts. Thank you for being our guest.

Wonderful trip to Rome!
Our trip to Rome was amazing - wish it could have been a bit longer. The condo was just as described and Ricarrdo was responsive and great to work with. Hopefully we will be able to return!
