The on site gentleman, Maurizio, was very considerate, kind and very hospitable. The bathroom toilet in room 101 was too crammed in a tiny corner. If you weigh more than 180 lbs or are taller than 5’10” don’t even think about being able to fit. Other than that the room was nice.

The suite was alright, it was hard to find though as the map link from expedia toom us to the wrong location- the address was correct so when used outside of the app we were able to find the location. The staff was nice as he waited for us to arrive even though we ended up being later than we expected with

HORRIBLE and FILTHY. DO NOT Stay at this hotel. The smell was unbearable when we arrived at the “hotel”. It smelled like something may have died. Did not feel safe. The bedding, couch and walls were filthy. Pictures do not represent at all.

Maura and her father were wonderful. My major concern was the toilet, It’s situated in a weird angle which makes it uncomfortable to use. Shower was very small as well. Our Overall stay was ok . The good side of it … properly is close to all attractions and meeting points for all tours. It’s 30 minutes to Coliseum, you can walk or take a taxi -we walked twice -and piazzas churches pantheon and cathedral catacombs. Rome was an amazing experience

Good place for a quick stay in Rome if you just need a place to rest your head at night. Shower was very small, but knew that going in. Staff was very friendly and it's located right near a rail line.

The breakfast Consisted of a prewrapped brioche and coffee from the machine all in your room. The toilet was so tight in the corner it was almost impossible to use, without sitting at a awkward angle.

Great location to explore Trastevere! Close to the touristy areas and authentic Roman neighbourhoods. Easy to use the transit system right outside the door Great restaurants, book stores and wine stores all in walking distance. Large rooms and very clean and safe.

Lovely hosts. Very friendly on arrival. The wine was a nice touch. Having the phone number/WhatsApp was a reassurance that if we had any issues we had a contact (not that we needed to use it).

At first I was a bit taken away from the street view which was a trashy site but I quickly realized that’s how it everywhere in Rome. The room was great. We were two adults and two kids and it was fine for us 4. The beds were great and very comfortable. There were enough towels. The room was cleaned daily. We checked in late but Maura was so kind and helpful and waited and communicated with us every step of the way. Upon arrival she brought a bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. She gave us few dinning suggestions. One of them was pizza place IVO which was amazing. The area in which the place is located is amazing for dinning, walks and drinks along the river (seasonal bars). Our flight from Rome was late in the evening and again Maura was so kind and helped us storing the luggage. Over all it was an amazing experience. We’ll be back again.

the room was clean, bed comfy, tv good. Bathroom tiny and toilet almost impossible to get on, tucked in corner next to sink and wall at a weird angle. no water to drink, but wine on arrival was lovely, coffee machine if you like strong coffee, and no milk. overall a really nice stay, staff lovely and very helpful, though not on call all the time.

This was the best stay we could have possibly asked for! Maura and her husband were so welcoming. The place is right by the 8 train, which is great. Incredibly clean, beautiful, and affordable. They are so caring too. Can't wait to come back again!

This is an apartment on 4th floor of a building, that’s divided into 3-4 rooms I think. So there will be no sign with hotel name on the street. There’s no 24 hours front desk as well, so remember to contact the hotel to schedule and confirm your arrival time on check-in date. I used whatsapp to message and call their Italy phone number from the US. Maria was very fast and helpful to respond. She and her sister manage the property, while their parents live on site in the 1st room and help take care of housekeeping daily. They are all very friendly. My room was spacy, super clean and comfortable. Tram station was very close by on the same street, and it comes by fast too about 5 mins apart from each other that will take you to city center in 15-20 mins. Very great hotel (more like homestay) in great location and affordable. On Sunday morning there’s a huge flea market in front of the property that you should definitely check out if you’re in Rome on Sunday. They have great stuffs for gift and souvenir too. Overall, everything was perfect for me. Highly recommended!

Exactly like the pictures
Upon arrival I was quite confused as it did not look like there could a room per the picture from the outside... go however our host came down to get us and help us check in. She lives there with I believe her mother and takes care of the 2-3 rooms that are all beautiful and look exactly like the pictures do online. The room was beautiful, clean n comfortable... with little English, Maria was still able to show us the nice places to eat and how to catch the local transport. It was a wonderful place to stay and super safe area. Couldn't fault it.
