“Conveniently located to public transit. The area was quiet at night. Comfortable and a good value!”

“The room is nice, clean and well located. But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. ”

“Beautiful property. The gardens of the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The view from the hotel was wonderful! Train station was a 10 min walk away. Can’t put it all into words. Just a beautiful property! Will definitely stay again when traveling to Japan!”

“Everything has been perfect. Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level: the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately; When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”

“Personale molto professionale e cortese.

“Comfortable”

“Very clean room in a fantastic location for both easily accessing Shibuya and then Shimo Kitazawa being about 15 minutes to either Sangenjaya station of Shimo Kitazawa, room is spacious and incredibly easy to live out of for longer stays”

“very comfortable bed, clean room, felt safe 😊 and the host is kind and answers quickly; thank you!”
