“STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! Beyond pissed my first room 209 blood on the curtains and floor. Old vibe room and smoked out. furniture carpet towels OLD and DIRTY. The public dining area was dirty. I was highly disgusted and really want my money back”

“Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional yet friendly. The location worked well for our travel plans. We were traveling north to Maine, so we stayed just one night. We left the hotel early the next morning (3:30 am sort of early) to beat the heaviest NYC traffic. We were north of the NYC by 6:30 am, and in southern Maine by noon. ”

“Overall decent stay for what I needed. The room was spacious. The bed was very firm if you like that (a little too firm for me) and my room was decently clean but the bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. I could also hear my neighbors talking pretty clearly at night through the wall. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were super pleasant. I would stay again. ”

“Everything was perfect for my one day trip.The front staff was very nice and even gave me a goodie bag.The room was neatly made and bathrooms was clean.the only thing I would state is the coffee maker didn’t look very clean but I got coffee at the lobby.All was good and will definitely book again.
