“our room was dirty and lacked all the amenities that were listed in the booking page. we didn’t care about not having a dryer or an iron (since we were only staying for 5 days) but we didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! we asked the staff to get us one multiple times but we got pretty much ignored since we never got it. it wasn’t even possible to check in at a different time even if they had it as an option in their booking page and even sent us an email asking us about our arrival time to adjust...

“It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants.”
