“Old pictures posted on Expedia. Poor condition hotel with cigarettes spewed all over parking lot, transient people lingering, and stains on sheets. ”

“Clean room. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Pool area cleanly, but small. Gym area cleanly but very small. Breakfast lacked variety for anyone with gluten intolerances, but was otherwise edible. ”

“This hotel is lovely. I loved the details. From your name on the screen when you arrived, the photographs on each door to someone texting you to ensure you had everything. The beds are really comfy, the breakfast was lovely in the mornings and the pool was great for our family. We will be back! 10/10 recommend.”

“The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins. ”

“First off, there is no parking at the property so unloading your luggage is a pain! Secondly, if you need a cool room to sleep, I strongly recommend you skip this hotel. We had a west facing room on white ave that got very hot at night. You can’t exactly open the windows because of the party noise from the nearby clubs. And the property does not turn their AC on until the summer, as per management. Fortunately management was reasonable to deal with and helped compensate us for the issues.”

“The rooms smelt like sewage and they said they would move me but all the rooms smelt like sewage. The staff are not happy and not friendly. Close to the mall though.”
