“I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. “I was in a crunch for location. This hotel suited my needs. I was told upon check in they would only clean the room once every 3 days. Not ideal, but nothing I couldn't deal with. However, I checked in Tuesday and by Saturday, I had not had one cleaning service if even to refresh towels. I did ask to make sure they would come on the 3rd day but that didn't happen.
