“The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The room was well stocked and clean.Breakfast was good, with an impressive iPad linked drinks machine.Hotel was situated in the middle of Rye with numerous independent shops,pubs and restaurants nearby to compliment the beautiful little town.”

“Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses”
