“We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. “This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great.
