Experience a delightful stay in our modern 3-bedroom caravan, located in a serene area of the park yet conveniently central, just a short stroll away from the entertainment and swimming pool complex. The caravan features a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, two twin rooms, and a double pullout sofa bed. The family bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, and there is an additional separate toilet, perfect for larger families. The well-appointed, modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Relax in the open-plan living room, complete with comfortable sofas and ample space. The large wraparound decking further enhances the spacious feel of the caravan, providing an ideal spot to unwind.

PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

Important Information
*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book..

*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking.

*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).

*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
