“I was dissapointed in my stay at the Oasis Hotel. The room”

“Parking wasn’t the best and check in was a nightmare but, the staff was very hospitable and did everything to appease us during the lengthy wait. Wish I had more time to explore and enjoy the amenities. I did run into an issue where I was charged twice but after calling and providing receipts, the issue was resolved. I plan to stay again and explore more”

“If I could give lower than one star I would. We are Hilton exclusive travelers and this was not what we are used to at a Hilton property. The room was nasty, they did not give us waters at check in, there was no hot water for shower and they did not give us tickets for happy hour. It was probably the worst experience we have ever had. On top of everything the staff was terrible. Avoid this hotel at all costs.”

“This was a nice place to land after 11 hours of traveling - booked this 5 months in advance and there were discrepancies in reservations and rates but staff was very kind and responsive ”

“This was a basic room. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator and there was plenty of parking spaces. We felt the area was pretty safe and it was close to cruise terminals. The only concern was one of the front gates did not lock so it wasn’t as secure as it could have been.”
