“All was perfect ”

“The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. “The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable”

“We had a wonderful stay at Element Hotel. Very clean, quiet, convenient location. We felt safe here and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room our family of 5 stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette. We would stay here again. ”

“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“It was an awful room for over three hundred bucks a night. I was in the second level, looking directly into the parking lot. ”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”

“My husband & I were very impressed with the hostess Ms. Henrietta Taylor she made us feel at home with her hospitality. She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri to all family & friends! 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍!”
