Hotel vicino a SUNY Upstate Medical University - Syracuse

“Everything was fine, I especially liked the heating system, which was so quiet and very accurately with temperature. Staff was wonderful. The furniture is scratched in places and one of the chairs had a lot of vinyl patches coming off. Overall, a good stay.”

“nice and clean”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Staff was knowledgeable of the area and activities going on. Service with the room was excellent . Friendly atmosphere over all.”

“Friendly staff and a very clean hotel and rooms. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Destiny mall. Would stay there again anytime.”

“Room, service, personal, and excellent quality in restaurants.”

“Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.”

“It’s a very cozy lovely place for stay for stay for such a price. They have a wonderful pub too with amazing environment. They usually set a few fires around the building and in the lobby too. The atmosphere is very warming for couples.”

“Hotel pulito e confortevole. Le camere ampie ma con arredi un pò datati. Colazione abbondante. Personale gentilissimo”

“The property was very clean and well maintained and the service was excellent as well. But the hotel took advantage of the Syracuse University event to charge an outrageous $600/ night price for the room compared I have some yeah”

“15 minutes from center city. convenient and many utilities available. Room clean up is on demand ”
