“My kids and I enjoyed our annual end of school getaway here! The cabin accommodates a big family group and has a great location. Five minutes walk down to the private Frio river access. 10 minutes to Garner. The landlady is easily accessible. The only downside was no WiFi due to provider issues. I would definitely recommend bringing your own hotspot for WiFi/cell service!”

“A quaint little cabin off the beaten path. Very simple and spacious with plenty of sleeping space. Our family really enjoyed the front porch with the benches, with plenty of room and shade! Our girls absolutely loved the fact they could go and get there own eggs from the coop! This is definitely going to be the cabin for us for years to come!”

“Excellent place to stay in Concan. Accommodations were as advertised, pool was great and we had friendly neighbors. It’s a separate house not connected to the other two units next door. Kitchen appliances and furniture were a little dated but functional. One of the two toilets clogged on our last day and we reported it to the owner who fixed it within hours (thanks!). Overall I would recommend staying here. Garner State Park which is just down the road was excellent!”
