Hotel a Sacramento

“The hotel is run by foreigners who were decent, a bit hard to understand, but who definitely don't live by the American standard of living in a lot of ways that showed in the rooms. The tub/shower combo had a cloth shower curtain which was barely long enough. It was also on a curved bar and wouldn't stay up tight to the wall like it should, so therefore the bathmat outside the tub and half of the rest of the bathroom floor was a huge puddle after every shower!! “Our room had a bad odor coming from the AC unit and the carpet was not well kept.”

“Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”

“Staff was friendly but the room was not clean... especially the bathroom. Cheap place to stay for the night, but would not have felt safe there alone.”

“Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump.”
