“Good Points First: Excellent Location. Prompt and Courteous communication with Eva before and during holiday. Apartment was a good size.Some of the fittings were appropriate for a five star apartment eg tv, dishwasher, new iron etc. However, the accommodation fell short of 5 star in several areas. We were surprised that in the middle of a heatwave we were not provided with even a bottle of water in the fridge. Having travelled extensively over the last 30 years we have never encountered no...

“The place was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect, with a station nearby, which made everything very convenient. I’m really glad I chose to stay here.”

“Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!”

The property manager was wonderful, meeting us upon arrival and showing us how everything worked....

“We stayed here for a few days while we explored Bordeaux and it was perfect. The check in process was extremely simple, we were greeted by a rep who showed us the space and all of the amenities. It was very big and spacious with gorgeous windows. The AC was GREAT. We're American and my mom and I were nervous about the heat, but we were comfortably cool every time we came home. It's very close to the restaurants and shops. If we ever went back I'd happily stay here again.”
