Hostin'Malo 1D - Joli T2 35m² neuf au cœur de Saint-Malo
Hostin'Malo is a small residence ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, just a few minutes from the Intramuros ramparts (1.4 km), the famous Sillon beach (700m) and Saint-Malo station (400m). For a few days, a few weeks or even several months, come and enjoy Saint-Malo by putting down your bags at Hostin'Malo 1D!
Built in the 1930s, the building was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and now comprises 6 very comfortable flats, from T2 to T4. The owners used high-quality, environmentally-friendly materials, and paid particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation. The character of the old building has been preserved, but all the flats have been extensively renovated. As a result, each flat has become a haven of peace, perfectly furnished and equipped for visitors who choose to put down their suitcases here. On-site laundry facilities include a shared washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is no car parking, but there is paid public parking in the street and free public parking 500m away.
Bicycles can be parked in the building's private courtyard (please bring your own bike lock).
Hostin'Malo 1D is a lovely type 2 flat of approximately 35 m², located on the 1ᵉʳ floor. It has a separate bedroom with high-quality bedding (size 160x200) and storage space, shower room, separate WC, very nice fully-equipped fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle...) opening onto a dining area and a lounge with TV and sofa bed. Attractively decorated and very well equipped, with plenty of light thanks to its double aspect, it can comfortably accommodate 2 people. It has excellent soundproofing thanks to its new double glazing.
Other comments:
- Bed linen and towels provided, your beds will be made on arrival,
- Free WiFi access (fibre optics).
- Shared laundry room in the basement of the building.
- The entire residence is non-smoking, including private and communal areas (particularly the courtyard).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation or on the premises.
- For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises.
- Autonomous arrival required with key box on site.
- Free parking 500m away.
Managed by the Cocoonr Agency, whose offices are on the ground floor of the residence, our teams will be at your service throughout your stay.
