“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”

“Great in between location if your visiting multiple spots in the New England area, we visited Salem and also Boston the train station is right across the street. It’s very easy to get around. The room was nice semi quiet, convenient location to a few different restaurants in a couple of coffee shops and then also the grocery store if you need to get food or other supplies.”

“The staff there are amazing; they are very friendly and helpful! When I called regarding late check in, John stayed on the phone to offer great suggestions on scenic alternative routes to also avoid heavy traffic. When we arrived, John provided recommendations for nearby dining for dinner. The room was clean and suited our needs. Moreover, the dining staff at breakfast answered all our questions and provided excellent, attentive service. ”

“Beach view was obstructed, but OK”

“This is a new hotel and the staff, cleanliness and comfort were all wonderful. The only issue is the parking lot is very small and when we needed to park later in the evening it was an incredible challenge. They have a lot of compact car parking spots and not enough regular parking spots for guests so we were forced to park in a compact spot, as did many of the other guests who were there. There’s also no place to park off site, as there is nothing else close by except a Seven Eleven and I’m...

“We love this motel because their property is clean. We have stayed here a few times the ladt couple of years and rooms are clean. Staff are pleasant. Parking is right at the motel and easy to access. We did not use the pool this time but it did look clean as it usualy does.”
