“The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was superb—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The only disappointment was that one of the hot tubs was out of service during our stay. As a result, the other hot tub was consistently quite crowded, with around 6–12 people using it whenever we looked, so we didn't end up being able to enjoy it. Since the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, it was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay...

“Check-in was quick and the front desk clerk was helpful with information regarding local amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom. This is a nicely designed hotel. Hallways were roomy. Sufficient parking. Located not far from the downtown area, and close to roads near the lake, if you’re one to check out the views from the area. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Cons/ovservations:Hot tub saftey rail swiveling/not safe. Hot tub covers so old our bathing suits were filled with disintegrated pieces of foam upon exit. No treadmills present but were listed as amenities and in gym picture. Edge of carpet before tile in our room had carpet nails or something sharp stabbing up out of the carpet. Stepped on them quite a bit. Carpet was also full of stains, but it's a small room in a skii resort, not a big deal but might be a turn off for some people.Night of...

“The room we stayed was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook light meals. We recommend that you should bring your own coffee though… that was the only one thing we did not enjoy. Otherwise it was excellent.”

“Paying for a day of parking that ends at 10am is ridiculous. The room was very small and not practical for a ski trip. No storage for any food, no place to hang towels or wet bathing suits beyond the one hook on the back of the door. Not recommended for more than one person...its just too small. The toilets also plug almost every use. It was a few hours or more to get it fixed every time which was also frustrating.”

“The room I had was great. Clean, functional. And kitchen was perfect for my needs. I found the bed to be super comfortable. The parking is $20/night, added on if you want to park in the parkade of the lodge . The free outdoor parking is I’m guessing at the day lodge? Front desk service was limited during off season I guess, I never saw anyone there. I didn’t really mind that though. I do have to say the hot tubs are in desperate need of a clean. They were gross. 2 in dirt ring around the edge...

“Our room was right beside the hot tub, they could literally see into part of our room. The room is dated, very small, the kitchen poorly stocked with dishes and cutlery. The bed is ok, access to skiing and the village is really good. When sitting on the patio, it should be properly screened from the hot tub. No chairs on the patio”
