“Many things in the room were broken or dilapidated. But the important things like AC, hot water, and toilet were all working.”

“Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!”

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“The hotel is so great! The pool on a Saturday night at 9pm is a mess - towels everywhere, toys, trash, etc. Also saw someone pour a packet of bubbles or salts in the hot tub.”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“We had an ADA accessible room and, when you stepped into the shower, water bubbled up from under the tile and it was not real clean. The sink had a crack all the way across. Breakfast was OK, but I really think a $30 per night parking fee was a bit much when there seemed to be plenty available in their lot. There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out about 8:30 and I waited for several minutes. Overall, overpriced all around, but so is most of Chicago.”

“Amazing staff. They were super friendly. The location however is not ideal if you want to visit Chicago downtown as often as the traffic is soul consuming. But the hotel and staff were amazing and my family’s had a great stay.”
