“Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. ”

“Everything was spotless! Clear instructions, super comfy bed, hot water in the jetted tub, cozy fireplace, and a backdoor out to the porch where we sat and listened to the birds sing.”

However, we had to make repeated trips to the office, which was locked and only accessible with a door buzzer and intercom, for items that should have been in the room (toilet paper, coffee condiments, paper cups for coffee). The woman at the front desk was helpful each time we buzzed for her. ”

It was evident the moment we walked in they care about details. Customer service & showing care of little details is important to me. They were amazing in both areas, making the trip even better.
