“Property was clean, evening staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, but the day staff was incompetent and less than helpful. We didn’t get our room cleaned because they attempted to clean at 9 AM and we were eating breakfast. We went to the front desk to get it rescheduled and asked for an ice bucket (we had the lid! “For what we needed - a short break and central-ish location from which to explore the San Juan Islands and this part of the Pacific Northwest more broadly - this place was fine. BUT you MUST bring your earplugs! We were in room 120, which was a) directly underneath a 'line dancing in army boots' fetish group in 220 and b) right next to the world's noisiest ice machine which only seemed to be outdone in terms of noise by the people trying to talk over the volume of the machine while using it.
