“We stay here often on our way to the coast. Staff is always very friendly. We don't gamble so have never been to the Casino. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I highly recommend the Bay view room. There is a train that runs by the property but it comes and goes pretty quick. Good value fuel and snacks at the Gas Station next to the parking lot. ”

“The hotel grounds are beautiful but that’s about it. We stayed here for 3 days and the room was not cleaned the entire time. I put the sign on the door our last day for a cleaning only to arrive that evening to a dirty room. They emptied the garbage but left the rest of the room a mess. I’m not sure why they charged me 50 extra dollars for a pet fee. They should have paid me 50 to clean my own room. The breakfast would have been nice but by 8am all the items were gone. Breakfast hours are 7-10....

“Good location on the waterfront and a block or three away from restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming, and they are very pet-friendly (for a fee). Loses a point because we couldn't find an emergency number to report a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning.”

“We were provided with a very small room that was not suitable for two adults and two children. The washroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable, even for a single traveler. We noticed there were larger rooms available, but despite seeing that we were traveling with kids and clearly needed more space, no effort was made to accommodate us.
